Do you offer a multi-buy / wholesale discount?

We are able to offer a wholesale discount on all orders of 10 or more items irrespective of whether you are an individual or another business. Please see our Wholesale Orders page (link below) for more details.

I ordered the wrong colour / size / shape. Can I return it for a refund?

We accept returns of all items but if the item that arrived is the item you ordered, you are responsible for the cost of the return postage. To issue a refund, the items need to be in a condition good enough for re-sale; all items are therefore checked on their return before a refund is issued. If an item is not in a condition to be re-sold then we will be unable to issue a refund. For return postage, insured and tracked postage is recommended and the refund issued will be for the item, not for the cost of the initial postage.

My item has arrived damaged. What should I do?

First of all, if the item looks very obviously damaged when it is being handed to you by the courier, inform the courier of the damage and they should make a note of it. Then, take a picture of the outside of the package before opening and once opened, a picture of the damage on the item if there is any. Please get in touch asap with the photos. All items are thoroughly inspected before carefully being packaged - no items are ever dispatched with evident damage!

Can I order an item that isn't advertised on Bijou Boxes?

All the ring boxes and jewellery trays are manufactured specially for Bijou Boxes so different combinations of styles and colours can be requested as required. Please be aware that your 'new item' order could take anywhere between 3 weeks and 2 months to arrive but you will be kept informed of the progress of the manufacturing and delivery timescales.
